Pies for Pints Blood Drive

About this event

PIES FOR PINTS BLOOD DRIVE 10 a.m.-3 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 17 at Centerview

Every blood donation has the potential to save up to three lives. About 600 units of blood are needed every day to treat hospital patients in the Kansas City metro area. You’ll likely never meet the car accident victim, the cancer patient, the new mother in the delivery room or the premature baby who receives your lifesaving gift of blood, but your generosity becomes part of their story.

Donations tend to drop in the winter months just as the demand increases. Take an hour out of your day to donate at our Pies for Pints Blood Drive with the Community Blood Center and we’ll give you a pumpkin pie as a thank you! Click here to make your appointment.
