Northland Connections’ Social Hangouts
Every Thursday evening from 6:30-8:30 PM Neuro DiverseCity in Zona Rosa. 7300 NW 87th Terr, KCMO (adjacent to Dillard’s and across from the outdoor event field)
Neuro DiverseCity is a calibration between Northland Connections & Platte County Board of Services.
Social Hangouts are geared for adolescents and adults with developmental disabilities who can function independently in a group setting to enjoy a relaxed and unstructured evening with peers. Although there is no formal social skills curriculum presented, the group is facilitated by experienced and training professionals who will steer discussions, interactions, and activities.
Come and hang out with peers to enjoy games, videos, puzzles, arts & crafts, snacks, music, and more!
A $5 donation at the door is appreciated!!
