Its Just a Dirt Bike Race (Behind the Gate Podcast)

About this event

No points, no championship, just a gate drop. It's Just a Dirt Bike Race runs Sunday, November 8, 2026 at Grain Valley MX in Grain Valley, Missouri, presented by the Behind the Gate Podcast: one more chance to race before the season is over with your buddies. Saturday, November 7 is practice; Sunday races motocross with a full lineup of modern classes plus a couple of vintage classes, so kids, vets, beginners, experts, old bikes and new bikes all have a class. Lots of awards, with RC cars going to the winners of select kids classes.

The Des Nations race is back at Sunday intermission: build a three-rider team, all three teammates race three laps on the track together against the other teams, the three finishing positions are added up, and the lowest total wins big trophies and mystery boxes. Times, entry fees and the complete class lineup are coming soon; watch the Grain Valley MX and Behind the Gate pages. Grain Valley MX is at 600 E US Old Highway 40, Grain Valley, MO 64029. The ear
